COACH VANESSA SILBERBERG
ABOUT ME
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats —ranging from human resources consultant and school teacher to entrepreneur, family therapist (RI), and for the past 12 years, a life coach, my true passion.
I hold a Master of Science Degree in Couple and Family Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University, and am certified in Personal and Executive Coaching, Youth Resilience Coaching, Youth Well-Being Coaching, Conflict Resolution, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I’m also proud to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), two leading organizations that set the gold standard for coaching in the U.S.
My mission is simple: to help people lead happier, more fulfilling lives. I connect with my clients not only through my experience and skills, but also through the shared journey of life. As a woman, a mom to three teenagers, a wife, and an immigrant with a rich multicultural background, I know what it’s like to seek balance, growth, and purpose. I'm committed to being a better person for myself, my loved ones, and the world around me—and I’m here to help you do the same.
I'm deeply passionate about empowering both women and youth, which led me to create two specialized programs: Outreach Human Development, designed specifically for adult women seeking purpose and transformation, and Youth Discovery Coaching, tailored to help young people unlock their potential and shape their future. I can’t wait to get to know you and start this exciting journey together. Let’s take the first step toward the life you truly want!
